On April 2, 2024, I made a withdrawal of $81. After the 48 hours that the broker says it takes, I received nothing and on top of that I removed the option to cancel the withdrawal. Then when I wanted to contact them they said that they would give me the money between 3 and 5 days but it turned out to be all a lie since it was almost a week later and I did not receive my money. Contact support and they do not respond, contact the email and neither do they. I would like to know if it can be solved or why because it seems like they scammed me and it seems a disaster to me that these platforms can do it just like that without receiving consequences. I am very angry and I don't understand how things like this can happen with brokers.

Quotex no me da el dinero de hace más de 6 días

El día 2 de Abril de 2024 hice un retiro de 81 dólares. Pasadas las 48hs que el bróker dice que se tarda no me llegó nada y encima quito la opcion de cancelar el retiro. Luego cuando quise comunicarme decía que entre 3 y 5 días me daban el dinero pero resultó ser todo mentira ya que casi se cumple una semana y no recibí mi dinero. Contacte al soporte y no responden contacte al mail y tampoco. Me gustaría saber si se puede solucionar o que porque parece que me estafaron y me parece un desastre que estas plataformas puedan hacerlo así nomas sin recibir consecuencias. Estoy muy enojado y no entiendo como pueden pasar cosas así con los bróker.
