I joined OmegaPro at the end of July 2022 with $11,000 with a loan I requested from the bank. Since November last year OmegaPro disabled their backoffice where withdrawals were made by their users or clients. The money went to Broker Group due to a supposed cyber attack and that we had to send a series of documents to be able to cancel our licenses or continue operating with the broker. It has now been 5 months without knowing what happened to our investment. I have already sent mail to BrokerGroup with the ticket numbers they gave me to follow up on my funds. Since January of this year, documentation was sent to verify if we were the owners of those funds. After the documents were sent, I never received any mail from BrokerGroup whether they were accepted or rejected. I have three tickets, two for 5,000 and one for 1,000. I hope we can all recover our investment.

Ingresé a OmegaPro a finales de Julio del 2022 con 11.000 dólares con un préstamo que solicité al banco. Desde noviembre del año pasado OmegaPro deshabilitó su backoffice donde se hacian retiros por parte de sus usuarios o clientes. El dinero pasó a Broker Group por un supuesto ciber ataque y que teníamos que enviar una serie de documentos para poder cancelar nuestras licencias o continuar operando con el broker. Ya han pasado 5 meses sin saber qué pasó con nuestra inversión. Ya he enviado correo a BrokerGroup con los números de tickets que me brindaron ellos para hacerle seguimiento a mis fondos. Desde enero del presente año, se envió dicha documentación para verificar si éramos dueños de esos fondos. Después de haber sido enviados los documentos, nunca recibí algún correo por parte de BrokerGroup si fueron aceptados o rechazados. Tengo tres tickets, dos de 5.000 y uno de 1.000 . Espero que todos podamos recuperar nuestra inversión
