I closed all positions on 2023/3/29 and applied for a withdrawal of USD 3,400. On April 4, 2023, MSG received an email saying that the withdrawal was not allowed due to transaction violations. But I don't have any violations, so I sent Line to ask customer service. The customer service consulted finance for many days without telling the reason. When I sent an email to support@magforex.com asking about withdrawal related issues, the email bounced back. Calling the customer service number on the official website again is also an empty number. On April 6, 2023, the customer service asked me to resubmit the withdrawal application. I applied again on April 6, 2023, and there is still no news on April 13, 2023. This kind of platform that does not allow customers to withdraw money should let everyone involved in the transaction know. Attach a screenshot and hope the platform can assist in the negotiation. If it still fails, I should go to the police to deal with it.

2023年3月29日申請出金美金3456，到今天都不讓出金也沒有任何回覆

我在2023/3/29將所有頭寸平倉並申請出金美金3400元，MSG在2023年4月4日收到有郵件說不讓出金因為交易違規。但我沒有任何違規事項，所以發Line詢問客服。客服諮詢財務很多天都沒有告知原因。我發了郵件到support@magforex.com詢問出金相關問題時，郵件被彈回來。再度打官網客服電話一樣是空號。 2023/4/6客服要求我重新提交出金申請，我在2023/4/6再度申請出金，至今2023/4/13也是沒有任何消息。這種不讓客戶出金的平台應該要讓所有有參與交易的人知道。附上截圖希望平台能夠協助協商，若仍舊無法，我應該會去報警處理。
