On March 30, 2023, I will close all positions and apply for a withdrawal of USD 3,400 (a total of USD 3,456 in the account). On the afternoon of April 4, 2023, I received a letter from MSG, claiming that my transaction violated the rules and I was unable to withdraw funds. I immediately asked the customer service line provided by MSG, and the customer service said that I needed to ask about finances. But as of this morning, there was no reply as to why the withdrawal was refused. Just keep saying need to wait for finance. The last time I refused to withdraw money made me wait for two weeks, and the reason given to me later was that Visa checked my transaction records. I asked if it would be impossible to deposit money with a credit card in the future. MSG said that it is also possible to deposit money with a credit card. This time I don't know why it said that my transaction was illegal. I also sent a letter to support@msgforex.com, and the letter still bounced back. The business phone number provided on the website is still empty.

2023年3月30日我將所有的倉位平掉，並且申請出金美金3400元（帳戶共有美金3456元）。 2023年4月4日下午收到MSG發信給我，指稱我交易違規，無法出金。我當下問了MSG提供的客服的line，客服指稱需要詢問財務。但是截止今天早上都沒有回覆為什麼拒絕出金。只是一直說需要等待財務。上次拒絕出金讓我等了兩週，後來給我的理由是Visa查我的交易紀錄。我說那是不是以後都不能用信用卡入金，MSG說用信用卡入金一樣是可以的。這次不知道是什麼原因說我交易違規。我也同樣發信給support@msgforex.com，信件仍舊被彈回來。網站上提供的公司電話依舊是空號。
