No han procesado mi retiro aún Castle Rock
El 09 de diciembre 2022 solicité un retiro por $96038 USD y a inicios de enero de 2023 no había sido procesado, me informaron que tenían problemas con el procesador de pagos por cripto, que estaban solucionando. Devolví el dinero para volver a tradear, sin embargo hpy acabo de solicitar de nuevo el retiro del total de mi capital $191522.42 USD, a la espera de que puedan procesar el retiro. Por contacto con soporte del broker se que aún no han solucionado el inconveniente y que tienen varios retiros pendientes por ejecutarse.
