My MT5 account is 920046. I joined from 2/6/2022, during the joining process I usually buy stocks and place a stop loss order for each share to avoid burning my account. Initially, Honorfx's MT5 software closed the order at the correct price at which I placed a stop-loss order, but on July 8, 2022, Honorfx platform intervened in MT5 software so that the entire closing price did not match the price. where I placed a stop loss order resulted in my account losing 54 205 USD (See detailed calculation table and screenshot from Honorfx Exchange's closed orders) I wrote to the broker via email support support @honorfx.com and support.vietnam@honorfx.com but there is no response from the exchange so I post here asking Honorfx Exchange to return me the above amount, and also remind investors to be careful with this platform and liquidation of your account

Sàn Honorfx can thiệp vào lệnh làm cháy tài khoản

Tài khoản MT5 của tôi là 920046. Tôi tham gia từ 2/6/2022, trong quá trinh tham gia tôi thường mua cổ phiếu và đặt lệnh cắt lỗ cho mỗi cổ phiếu để tránh làm cháy tài khoản. Ban đầu phần mềm MT5 của sàn Honorfx đóng lệnh tại đúng giá mà tôi đã đặt lệnh cắt lỗ, tuy nhiên đến ngày 08/07/2022, sàn Honorfx đã can thiệp vào phầm mềm MT5 để toàn bộ giá đóng lệnh không đúng với giá mà tôi đã đặt lệnh cắt lỗ dẫn đến tài khoản của tôi đã mất đến 54 205 USD (Xem bảng tính toán chi tiết và ảnh chụp từ các lệnh đã đóng của Sàn Honorfx) Tôi đã viết thư gửi sàn qua email hỗ trợ sàn support@honorfx.com và support.vietnam@honorfx.com nhưng không có bất cừ phản hồi nào từ sàn vì vậy tôi đăng lên đây yêu cầu Sàn Honorfx trả lại tôi số tiền trên, và cũng nhắc nhở các nhà đầu tư cận trọng với sàn này kẻo cháy tài khoản
