The customer manager asked me to be their agent and I agreed. They gave me a customer without explaining their agent rules. I can see the commission through their platform but I can’t withdraw it. The customer service said it was because of that my customers were less than three with 5 lots and $1,000 in total. But the customer manager didn’t tell me about it. So I gave the rakeback with my own money, making me lose money. I wanna recommended this platform to others, however, they declined because they heard that it was difficult to withdraw funds here. Please help me get my money back.

佣金无法出金

客户经理让我做代理，然后我注册了代理账户。但是在没有给我完全解释清楚代理规则的情况下，给我介绍了一个客户，而且这个客户是要求代理返佣的。产生的佣金确实在平台能看到，但是不能出金。客服说我不满足3个客户入金1000美元并交易5手的硬性条件。当时客户经理并没有跟我说清楚这一点啊。现在造成了，我自己掏钱给我的客户返佣了，但是平台给我的佣金我取不出来，没赚到钱，我还亏钱了。我确实也想去给acy拉客户，但是有些人听到是acy果断拒绝，原因无一例外是疯传的无法出金时间。
