11月16日7点到9点之间，行情大跌至1863，后台电脑端手机端同时赚钱不给平仓，长达1小时盈利不给平仓（电脑和手机都操作不了），行情反转后来瞬间反转至18809差点爆仓，联系客服不能及时处理，1个多小时之后平台恢复交易，价格已经上来了，投诉回复说是网络问题，咨询拖时间一个礼拜给答复 一个礼拜找他们 说是平台网络问题不能赔偿，这个平台太黑了
