fxprimus mt4 platform running xauusd command on 1990.61, causing my account to fail stopout 4 sell xauusd orders resulted in my account being -1211.8 $ -Gold price at the server Fx-primusMarket live highest at the time above was 1990 (see attached photo) -Gold price at the server Fx-primusMarket live 3 highest at the time above was 1985 (attached photo) I emailed the team support and receive feedback (photo attached): The support team confirmed to me that there is no spread spread problem but the price difference at 2 servers is 50 pips, this is really unacceptable. I checked the gold price at that time on other exchanges like Icmarket, GoMarket, tickmill… and tradingview are also 1985 highs. Even though I did send a counter email many times on this issue but the support team did not consider compensating me. If the gold price were to follow the market, my account would not have burnedand make a profit on that day (the lowest price of gold that day is 1958). This is a deceitful act is condemned and deserves a low rating.

Vào lúc 01:00:32 ngày 3/8/2020 hệ thống mt4 sàn fxprimus chạy giá lệnh xauusd lên 1990.61 làm tài khoản của tôi bị stopout 4 lệnh sell xauusd dẫn đến tài khoản của tôi bị -1211.8$ - Giá vàng tại server Fx-primusMarket live cao nhất tại thời điểm trên là 1990 (trong ảnh đính kèm) - Giá vàng tại server Fx-primusMarket live 3 cao nhất tại thời điểm trên là 1985 (trong ảnh đính kèm) Tôi đã gửi email cho đội support và nhận được phản hồi (ảnh đính kèm):Đội support đã xác nhận với tôi không có vấn đề về giãn spread nhưng giá tại 2 server lại chênh lệch nhau đến 50 pip, điều này thật không thể chấp nhận được. Tôi đã kiểm tra giá vàng tại thời điểm đó ở các sàn khác như Icmarket, GoMarket, tickmill…và tradingview cũng chỉ mức cao nhất là 1985. Mặc dù tôi đã gửi email phản hồi nhiều lần về vấn đề này nhưng đội support không xem xét đền bù hỗ trợ tôi. Nếu như giá vàng chạy đúng theo thị trường thì tài khoản của tôi đã không bị cháy và sinh lãi trong ngày hôm đó (giá vàng thấp nhất ngày hôm đó là 1958). Đây là một hành động gian dối cần phải lên án và xứng đáng nhận điểm đánh giá thấp.
