I failed to withdraw because I typed a more “0”. I asked the service for help modify the application. But one hour later, it was rejected since they suspected that someone substituted me for trading frequently on large amount, and I needed to pay 10% of the fund as a margin according to their funding process. I didn’t know which law stipulates this and said that I could verify it, while they insisted that I follow the process.

由于提现时卡号多填了一个0导致提现失败，联系平台客服，客服帮我修改申请，结果一个小时后追问结果说申请被驳回了，理由是操作频繁，资金较大，怀疑不是本人在操作，需要用入金账号缴纳10%的保证金才可以修改申请，说这是他们财务部规定的，也是修改银行信息的流程，但是从来就没有哪条法律是这么规定的，她说国内有分部，那我也说了如果怀疑我不是本人在操作的话，我可以去她们公司证明，但是她们不听，非得说这是流程问题。
