Unable to withdraw or place any order

I was refrained from placing any orders in MT5 on 6th October 2023. I am still unable to withdraw my balance which is $4185 along with placing any orders. Vantage has not given any clarification as of now through mail or call regarding the issue as of now (10 October 2023). Relationship manager is just saying that we are also awaiting response from upper management regarding your account status. Vantage just straight away blocked my account (1229648) without any explanation just because i made profits $16878 and swap $7737. If that was the case where i incurred losses, the broker would never mind. This is the clear case of Vantage using my account on "B" Book and not using any liquidity provider to settle my profit and oss account.
